An hour later, I competed in the 400m Freestyle and took 3rd place with a time of 4:20.27, a new American Record.

Preparing for tomorrow: Wednesday, 02DEC:
I swim in one event tomorrow, the 50m Freestyle and that competition will take place at 18:52. The current world record was set in March 1996, with a time of 26.39. My qualifying time was 26.25, seeded 2nd and will be swimming in lane 5. My best time in this event is 22.48. I am very focused and plan to be in the medals with hopes of setting a new record.

Thanks for your continued support.
